FIELD: piston machines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of positive displacement machines of the piston type and can be used to create highly efficient piston machines of low and medium productivity with an autonomous liquid cooling system. The compressor contains a working cavity (1) of the cylinder (2), a suction cavity (3) and a discharge cavity (4) with self-acting check valves (5) and (6), a cooling jacket (7), a separate container (8), partially filled with liquid, which is connected by channels (9) and (10), with valves (11) and (12) and with a jacket (7) connected to an additional suction cavity (15) by valve (16). The throttle hole (17) connects the cavity (15) through the cavity (3) with the working cavity (1). During the reciprocating movement of the piston (18) in the process of compression-injection, part of the gas through the hole (17) enters the cavity (15), presses on the liquid, and it flows through the valve (12) into the container (8) through the jacket (7). In the process of suction, a vacuum occurs in the cavity (15), and the liquid moves through the jacket (7) in the opposite direction.
EFFECT: weight and size characteristics are reduced, the operating range is increased.
