FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water transport. Hydroaerodynamic propulsor consists of ship structure comprising a nose fairing with step, side and keel longitudinal blades, between which there are bottom guide wings, where working medium is pumped air forced through guide wings into water under ship bottom. Directed air flows generate thrust on water to form under bottom of ship dynamic air cushion. Lateral and keel blades are lowered below wing fixed on them, being in contact with water at gliding. Aft rudders arranged at ends of blades provide control of ship. First bottom guide wing arranged immediately behind step nose cowl is rotary.
EFFECT: improved controllability of ship, effective braking, providing backward motion of ship at low strokes, higher ship speed over water surface, efficient use of propeller drive power without dispersion of air flows.
