FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication, when transmission of messages is carried out through unreliable medium between mobile device and radio access network. Method includes steps of receiving one or more assignments of downlink channels window stacking along wireless downlink control channel; receiving status is set for each subframe descending channel for transmitting data in window stack based on whether downlink subframe is connected to transfer data with one individual received downlink assignment, and based on whether successfully received subframe; receiving status is set for downlink subframes for transmitting data in window stack, which do not have corresponding downlink assignment in given value; and response, wherein response is based on receiving status installed by response module.
EFFECT: described is a method of providing HARQ response in LTE network for format 1b PUCCH.
