SUBSTANCE: each downlink subframe in the downlink FDD carrier is associated with the upperlink control channel subframe in the upperlink FDD carrier, each downlink subframe and a special subframe in the TDD carrier are associated with the upperlink control channel subframe in the upperlink FDD carrier, resources of the upperlink control channel in the upperlink FDD carrier are assigned to the receiver in accordance with the made associations, and data is transmitted on the mentioned downlink FDD carrier and/or a TDD carrier for reception by the receiver.
EFFECT: providing data transmission and assignment of upperlink control channel resources in the upperlink FDD carrier allowing the receiver to provide HARQ feedback for data transmitted on the downlink using aggregation of the downlink FDD carrier and the TDD carrier.
