FIELD: wireless communication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless networks that are based on the transmission of messages through an unreliable medium between a mobile device and a radio access network. Method includes the following steps: receiving one or more downlink channel assignments of the bundling window over a wireless downlink control channel; setting the reception status for each downlink channel subframe for data transmission in the bundling window based on whether a subframe was associated on the downlink channel for data transmission to one separate received downlink channel assignment, and based on whether the subframe was successfully received; setting the reception status for the downlink channel subframes for data transmission in the bundling window, which do not have the corresponding downlink channel assignment, to a predetermined value; and transmission of the response, and the response is based on the reception status set by the response module.
EFFECT: described is a method of providing HARQ response in LTE network for format 1b PUCCH.
