FIELD: household chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to particles of solid flavouring agent with coating and method of their production. Particles contain particles of base, containing hydrophilic particles of solid flavouring agent, coated with hydrophobic coating, first polymer coating material, at least partially covering particles of base, and second polymer coating material, at least partially covering first coating. Said first coating material selected from group consisting of proteins, cationic polysaccharide or oligosaccharide, nonionic polysaccharide or oligosaccharide and mixtures thereof. Said second coating material is chosen from polysaccharides, proteins, polysaccharides, mixture of proteins or mixture of polysaccharides and proteins. Invention relates to product with pronounced taste attractiveness or food product, which includes one or more of said particles with coating. To obtain particles coated with hydrophilic particles of solid hydrophobic coating flavouring agent. Said particles are combined and first polymer coating material in liquid medium. Said coating material is adsorbed at least partially on surface of particles with hydrophobic coating to form first layer. One mixes second polymer coating material with fluid. Said coating material is adsorbed at least partially on surface of first layer to form second layer. Spray drying of particles to produce solid particles of flavouring agent with coating.

EFFECT: invention provides controlled time of recovery and multistage flavouring agent release profile with duration of flavour and aroma release of approximately 28 minutes.
