FIELD: bioengineering.

SUBSTANCE: composition includes hydrocarbon mixture of disaccharides, oligasaccharide and polysaccharide from 0.5% to 90%, hydrolised protein from 0.5% to 40% of total weight of the composition, and salt of carboxylic acid. Besides, the method of production of dry stabilising composition for the biologic material, and options of composition for oral delivery. The method specifies combining of the biologic material and mixture of compounds of the stabilising composition in water solution with production of the viscous suspension. Then the suspension is quickly frozen in liquid nitrogen with production of the solid frozen particles, granules, droplets or threads. Then the product is delivered to the stage of initial drying of liquid by evaporation under vacuum at composition temperature higher then its freezing temperature, and to secondary drying of the composition under maximum vacuum and temperature 20°C or over for time period sufficient to reduce activity of the composition water.

EFFECT: invention protects the biologic materials in glass-like structure keeping their substantial activity.
