FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compressor-and pump building and can be used in designing high-speed and efficient displacement machines with high requirements for weight- dimensional and economic indicators. Machine comprises cylinder 1 with piston 2, connected to the drive mechanism. Above piston 2 there is compressor cavity 7 with valves 8 and 9. Below-piston cavity 10 with crankcase 11 is made in the form of a liquid pump with suction line 12 and pressure line 13. Sections of pressure line 13 and suction line 14 are made in the form of pipes with rectangular cross-sections, having on their opposite faces the inclined towards the direct flow of liquid three pairs of grooves 15 with installed in them rigid plate 16 and flexible plate 17. Cylinder 1 is surrounded by fluid jacket 19 connected with crankcase 11 through hole 20. Pressure line 13 is connected to pump chamber 10 via jacket 19, hole 20 and crankcase 11. Due to the form of the channel through which the fluid flows, there are formed powerful swirls, whose vector of action is directed against the flow, and the cross-section of the flow is strongly reduced under the action of resistance force to flow of plates 17. Formed strong flow swirls not only slow down the flow, but also extract energy due to friction forces. Therefore, pressure line 13 in the process of suction demonstrates high resistance to the reverse flow, and the flow becomes very small in comparison with the flow in suction line 12. Due to this, the main flow passes through suction line 12, filling the cavities 10 and 11 with liquid from the source.
EFFECT: higher specific speed of the machine, improved weight and size characteristics.
