FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fasteners for protection against electromagnetic effects. During insertion of fasteners into stacked elements and their embedding, or tipping of the fasteners by parts with dry dielectric coating and/or inner dry dielectric seal in the selected areas for protection against electromagnetic effects, where some of the parts have a bored hole. At that, the height of the bored hole constitutes from 3.1 % to 59.0 % of the height of the part, and the diameter of the bored hole constitutes from 51.4 % to 79.05 % of the part diameter.
EFFECT: there is achieved efficient protection against electromagnetic effects and higher operating characteristics with respect to large currents.
