FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lightning protection of non-metallic structures and, in particular, to lightning protection of aerospace structures made of composite systems from plastic reinforced with carbon fibres. Multilayer composite structure with built-in lightning protection connection between fastener and surface of conductive layer comprises conductive layer with inner surface and multiple recesses with bevelled edge forming conical chamfers in outer surface. Composite layer of plastic reinforced with carbon fibres is placed on the inner surface of the conducting layer and corresponds to the shape of the surface. Multiple openings pass through a plurality of recesses with a bevelled edge in the conductive layer and an adjacent composite layer of plastic reinforced with carbon fibres, such that the conductive layer defines a portion of the conical chamfer extending into the opening of the plurality of openings. Recesses with a chamfered edge in the conductive layer form a region of an electrically conductive surface which contacts the conductive fasteners with a countersunk head fitted inside the plurality of openings.
