SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology and medicine, namely to compositions based on metabolites of probiotic organisms, aimed at treating and preventing gastrointestinal diseases caused by Helicobacter pylori. Disclosed is a metabiotic composition containing inactivated Lactobacillus reuteri cells, Bacillus subtilis metabolites and a filler, wherein the components ratio, wt.%: inactivated cells of Lactobacillus reuteri: 16–70; Bacillus subtilis metabolite complex: 1–7; filler: 23–83. Bacillus subtilis metabolite complex represents substances contained in a mixture of culture fluid, vegetative cells and spores of the probiotic strain Bacillus subtilis. Also disclosed are the use of said composition for treating and preventing gastrointestinal diseases associated with Helicobacter pylori, and a method for preparing said composition. Disclosed composition has antagonistic action on pathogenic microorganisms Helicobacter pylori, as well as immunomodulatory action.

EFFECT: administration of the proposed composition has a positive effect on the state of the gastrointestinal tract and, in combination with antibiotic therapy, enables to increase the effectiveness of Helicobacter pylori eradication.
