SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a metabiotic composition for treating and preventing urinary tract infectious diseases and a method for preparing it. Composition contains 0.1–7.0 wt.% of a complex of Bacillus subtilis VKM V-3536D or Bacillus subtilis VKPM V-2335 metabolites and 93.0–99.9 wt.% of D-mannose, cranberries or a mixture thereof. Metabolite complex represents substances contained in a mixture of the culture fluid, vegetative cells and spores of the said probiotic Bacillus subtilis strain.
EFFECT: composition is compatible with taking antibiotics, promotes elimination of pathogenic microorganisms from urinary tract, has broad antagonistic action with respect to pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms, stimulating effect on normal intestinal microbiota, immunomodulatory potential.
