FIELD: safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety systems preventing the development of an emergency situation. Device for simulating an explosive situation comprises a model of explosive object, mounted on posts with explosion initiator placed onto it, a protective cover and a tray. Cover with the tray represent an integral closed structure formed around the model of explosive object. Model is fitted with transport and suspended systems. Protective cover is multilayered and consists of an aluminium layer, rubber and percale layers. Model of explosive object is equipped with the object analyzed on the bench: an explosion-proof element, which consists of an armored metal frame with armored metal plating and lead filler. In the upper part of the model at the hole four bearing rods are made telescopically fitted in fixed branch pipes-supports. For fixing of the limit position of the panel the stopper sheets are welded to end faces of bearing rods. Device for simulating explosive situation is additionally equipped with an explosion-proof element installed in the side part of the model, and which is identical to the explosion-proof element installed in the upper part of the model, and on the outer side of the model, next to the explosion-proof elements, video cameras in armored version are arranged.
EFFECT: technically attainable result is increase of efficiency of process equipment and human resources protection from emergencies by the possibility of predicting the emergency development in case of an accident on the explosive object.
