FIELD: security systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety systems preventing the development of an emergency situation. Technically possible result is achieved by the fact that in a method for simulating an emergency situation containing a mock-up of an explosive object mounted on racks with an initiator of an explosion installed in it, a protective cover and a pallet, where the cover with the pallet is a single closed structure formed around the mock-up of the explosive object located in the test box, wherein the layout is equipped with transport and suspension systems, and the protective cover is made of multi-layered and consisting of an inverted aluminium model, as well as rubber and percale layers, the model of the explosive object is equipped with an object to be examined on the stand: an explosion-proof element installed above the hole at the top of the layout, which consists of an armoured metal frame with armoured metal lining and lead filler, and in the upper part of the layout, at the aperture, symmetrically with respect to its axis, four support rods are inserted, telescopically inserted into fixed pipe-supports embedded in the panel of the explosion-proof element, and for fixing the limit position of the panel to the ends of the support rods, the stop sheets are welded, between the additional elements and the metal frame with armoured metal lining, bushings are mounted on the support rods from a rapidly disintegrating material such as triplex glass, the emergency notification system with a safety indicator is equipped with a "weak link" fastener in the safety system of an explosive object reacting to an emergency situation, for example, in the form of a safety indicator fixed between flanges, which are rigidly fixed to the top of the armoured metal skin of the metal frame of the anti-explosion panel, and in the upper part of the cover of the explosive object at the opening intended for relieving the overpressure, the safety indicator being made from a strain-sensitive sensor, for example a strain gage, the output of which is connected to a signal amplifier, for example a strain gage, and the output of the strain gage is connected to the input of an alarm device about the emergency situation.
EFFECT: increase the efficiency of protection of technological equipment and human resources from emergency situations by the ability to predict the development of an emergency situation in an accident at an explosive object.
