SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety systems preventing development of emergency situations. This is achieved by the fact that in the stand for simulation of an emergency situation, containing a mock-up of an explosive object installed on racks, with the initiator of the explosion installed in it, protective cover and tray, at that, the cover with the tray represent the single enclosed structure formed around the located in the test box explosive facility mock-up, at that, the mock-up is equipped with transportation and suspension systems, and the protective cover is made multilayered and consisting of facing inside the mock-up aluminum layer, as well as rubber and percale layers, model of the explosive object is equipped with the object to be examined on the stand: an explosion-proof element installed above the hole in the upper part of the layout, which consists of an armored metal frame with armored metal lining and filler-lead, and in the mock-up upper part, at the hole, symmetrically relative to its axis, four support rods are embedded, telescopically inserted into the stationary branch pipes supports embedded into the explosion-proof element panel, and for the panel limit position fixation, to the support rods ends support sheets are welded in.

EFFECT: technically achievable result is to increase the efficiency of protection of technological equipment and human resources from emergency situations by the possibility of forecasting the development of an emergency situation in an accident at an explosive site.
