FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: explosion initiator is installed in the model of an explosive object. The protective cover and the pallet constitute a single closed structure, formed around the model of the explosive object. The explosion-proof element is installed above the hole in the upper part of the model. In order to fix the limit position of the panel of the explosion-proof element, the stopping sheets are welded to the ends of the support rods. The elastic damping elements are located outside the support rods and are made in the form of cylindrical helical springs with a built-in damper. Each spring consists of two parts with on-coming ends. The on-coming end of the first part is located in the cavity of the second part. The gaps of segmented profile of contacting spring parts are filled by antifriction grease. The first part of the helical spring is made with coils of rectangular cross-section with rounded edges and covered with a tube of damping material. Gaps between the first part of the spring are filled with crumb of friction material by the tube.

EFFECT: increased protection effectiveness of technological equipment and human resources from emergencies.
