SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to cardiology, neurology. Method includes, 30 days after acute cerebral circulation disorder (ONMK), performing clinical, electrocardiographic examination of patient. Performing biochemical blood examination, determining presence/absence of atrial fibrillation or atrial fibrillation, diabetes mellitus, and then determining assignment for constant administration of preparation. Determining preparations for prevention of recurrent ONMK patient is taking constantly. Points are allocated for conducted/not conducted treatment. Index of recurrent cerebral circulation disorder (iPPNMK) is calculated. At iPPNMK 80.0-100 % risk of recurrent ONMK is considered to be low. At iPPNMK 60.0-75.0 % risk of recurrent ONMK is considered average. At iPPNMK 0-50.0 % risk of recurrent ONMK is considered to be high.

EFFECT: method enables objective and accurate prediction of recurrent ONMK, timely correction of drug-induced therapy due to quantitative evaluation of drug-induced therapy.
