SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of shells of composite material by winding. Technical result is achieved by a machine for winding fibrous structure on impregnating mandrel containing a feed mandrel for arrangement of fibrous structure and arranged on a rotary shaft. Impregnating mandrel for winding on it of layers of fibrous structure arranged on the feed mandrel. Note here that the impregnating mandrel is arranged on the rotary shaft parallel to the shaft of rotation of the feed mandrel. Motor for activation of mandrels rotation around their corresponding rotation axes. Control unit of one or more electric motors for activation of mandrels rotation. At that, the unit for control of one or more electric motors includes devices for monitoring of induction current of the feed mandrel for winding of fibrous structure on the impregnating mandrel with preset tension.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of arrangement of fibrous structure on the mandrel with maintaining of preset winding tension.
