SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cosmetic industry and represents a solid cosmetic for lips, comprising from 5 to 30 mass % of hydrogenated polyisobutene, from 30 to 70 mass % of one or more kinds of methyl phenyl silicones that separate from (a) when mixed therewith at 25°C, the methyl phenyl silicone is one or more kinds of methyl phenyl silicones selected from the group consisting of trimethyl pentaphenyl trisiloxane, diphenyl dimethicone, diphenylsiloxyphenyl trimethicone, and phenyl trimethicone, from 0.5 to 15 mass % of oil that separates from both (a) and (b) when mixed therewith at 25 °C, the oil is one or more kinds of oils selected from the group consisting of dipentaerythrityl hexahydroxystearate, castor oil, glyceryl monoisostearate, polyglyceryl isostearate wherein the addition mole number of glycerin is 4 to 10 and the number of isostearic acid residues is 1 to 4, PEG/PPG-36/41 dimethyl ether, PEG/polybutylene glycol-52/32 dimethyl ether, pentaerythrityl tetra(ethylhexanoate/benzoate), an pentaerythrityl tetra(behenate/benzoate/ethylhexanoate), and from 4 to 12 mass % of wax.

EFFECT: invention provides an excellent secondary adhesion resistance effect, excellent feeling in use, gloss durability, and excellent stability.
