SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the cosmetic industry, specifically a cosmetic composition containing in a physiologically acceptable medium: water; ethylcellulose; at least one hydrocarbon-based first non-volatile oil, which is liquid at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, selected from C10-C26-alcohols, optionally hydroxylated monoesters, diesters or triesters of optionally hydroxylated monobasic or polybasic carboxylic C2-C8-acid and C2-C8-alcohol, ethers of C2-C8-polyol and one or more carboxylic C2-C8-acids; a second non-volatile oil selected from silicone and/or fluorinated oils and/or hydrocarbon-based oils (other than the first oil); at least one wax; at least one dimer surfactant of formula (I), as well as cosmetic methods for make-up and/or skin care and/or lip care by applying the proposed composition to the skin and/or lips.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides stable compositions with a homogeneous texture without lumps, that are easily applied and give a uniform non-migrating coating with a gloss effect and no stickiness.
