FIELD: fat and oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and fat industry and can be used for producing liquid industrial soap. Proposed liquid industrial soap containing water and a product of saponification of tar from distillation of fatty acids of light vegetable oils with an alkaline agent, is characterised by that liquid industrial soap additionally contains triethanolamine salt of dicarboxylic acids obtained in production of adipic acid by oxidation of cyclohexane, glycerine, sodium metasilicate, and alkaline agent used is potassium hydroxide with following ratio of components, wt%: triethanolamine salts of mixture dicarboxylic acids obtained in production of adipic acid by oxidation of cyclohexane, 8-12, glycerine 5-7, sodium metasilicate 3-4, product saponification of tar from distillation of fatty acids of light vegetable oils with potassium hydroxide 12-20, water 72-57.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of viscosity of fat base, high degree of cleaning metal surfaces, improved detergent power.
