FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of lubricant-cooling liquids (LCL) and their concentrates used in mechanical processing of metals, namely for magnetic-abrasive processing, and can be used in various industries. Lubricant-coolant concentrate contains triethanolamine soap of oleic acid, potassium hydroxide and polymethylsiloxane liquid, and oil and fat production wastes used are a mixture of fatty tar and vegetable soap stocks, wt. %: oil and fat production wastes 30.0–40.0; triethanolamine soap of oleic acid 5.0–7.0; potassium hydroxide 2.0–3.0; polymethylsiloxane liquid 0.1–0.2; water 49.8–62.9.
EFFECT: increase in productivity during magnetic-abrasive processing with simultaneous reduction of roughness of treated surfaces by improving operational characteristics of the claimed concentrate.
