FIELD: technological processes; processing and recycling of wastes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of complex mechanical and thermal processing of aluminium wastes. Proposed method comprises removal of foreign inclusions and organic impurities, at least two staged grinding and classification, wherein wastes before milling is subjected to separation, classification is performed to produce particles with size of not more than 20 mm, after sizing obtained mass of crushed raw material is loaded into mixer with further supply to storage bin of briquetting press and compacted by rolling at specific pressure of more than 1,000 kg/cm2 to produce briquette of irregular geometrical shape with highest side of not more than 100 mm.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of processing of aluminium wastes to produce product in form of preset shape and size briquettes, meeting requirements of process of metallurgical or chemical enterprises.
