FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to source of light on LED (light-emitting diodes), containing at least one LED tape. Result is achieved by fact that LED light source comprises: tape LED, fed by pulsed power supply, load with multiple parallel sequential assemblies connected between input contacts, wherein each serial layout includes in-series circuit of LED and resistor, and common contacts of resistors and LED chains, all connected to each other, that provides low dissipated power and high degree of independence of DC supply voltage amplitude feeding pulse source of supply. LED light source allows arbitrary placement of lighting or presence sensor.
EFFECT: implementation of LED light source with high efficiency and low sensitivity to input voltage drops.
