SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a downhole hydraulic pump for providing fluid pressure during downhole operations. Pump includes a housing, a cam shaft. Cam shaft is rotatably arranged in the pump housing and has a longitudinal spin axis. Cam shaft comprises a shaft with cam lobe. Piston is arranged radially to the cam shaft. It has a housing arranged in the pump housing. Pump housing has an inlet valve arranged in the inlet hole and an outlet valve arranged in the outlet hole. There is a spring arranged in the pump housing for moving the piston against the piston housing. Piston housing can be rotated around the piston housing rotation axis parallel to the longitudinal spin axis of the cam shaft.
EFFECT: to increase the hydraulic horsepower of a downhole hydraulic pump.
