FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: defocused optics (110, 210) for mixing the light output from multichip LED (101, 201). Defocused optics (110, 210) includes an external reflector having concave inner surface (122, 126, 222, 226) with variable profile. External reflector surrounds internal reflector (140, 240) having convex surface (142, 242). Convex surface (142, 242) of internal reflector (140, 240) is located so that as a whole it faces multichip LED (101, 201) and can optionally be of variable profile. Corresponding selection of structural parameters for profiles of concave inner surface (122, 126, 222, 226), profile(s) of convex surface (142, 242) and the range of angular rotation, within which the said profiles are located, enables corresponding mixing the light output from the given multichip LED (101, 201).
EFFECT: technical result is providing the desired mixing of light leaving the multichip assembly.
