FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: collimating optics comprises a bowl-shaped reflection collimator which has a first aperture in the center of the lower side for receiving an LED light source, second aperture in the upper aperture of the bowl for allowing outgoing light to exit the reflection collimator and a wall element extending from first aperture to said second aperture and having an inner reflective surface, first convex lens connected to the reflection collimator through the fastening means and arranged at a distance from the first aperture between the first aperture and the second aperture, second convex lens arranged at the surface plate covering at least part of the second aperture.
EFFECT: collimating capability is improved without the size of the optics being increased.
