FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in electrical engineering. Device comprises a three-phase electric network, a latching circuit for phase wires of the three-phase electric network, connected with its inputs to corresponding wires of the three-phase electric network, the first, the second and the third harmonic distortions sensors connected with their inputs to corresponding wires of the three-phase electric network, a frequency converter connected with its first input to the three-phase electric network isolated neutral, zero sequence current sensor connected with one output to the transformer primary winding to the output of frequency converter and with its other output to one of the outputs of the throttle connected with its other output to the housing of the grounding, and a controller connected with its first input to the output of the latching circuit for phase wires of the three-phase electric network, with its second, third and fourth inputs to corresponding outputs of harmonic distortions sensors, with its fifth input to the zero sequence current sensor output, with its sixth input to the output of commands entering unit and with its output to the second input of the frequency converter.
EFFECT: technical result is increased accuracy and quality of compensation.
