SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication, namely to method and device for detecting and identifying fraudulent telephone calls. To do so, method involves determining whether second telephone apparatus of assigned person associated with number of side telephone calling at telephone, phone number of first telephone apparatus when side calling at telephone calls phone number of first telephone apparatus, while telephone number of second telephone apparatus is number of telephone of side calling at telephone. When second telephone apparatus does not call phone number of first telephone apparatus, warning information is output, which serves to indicate that telephone call from calling at telephone side is a phone call from false number.
EFFECT: providing correct determination of whether telephone call is telephone call, which is performed with false number, and warning of called party on probability of cheating.
