SUBSTANCE: invention relates to services provided to communication network subscribers and specifically to creating and transferring a telephone call requested by a sender service to the telephone of the called party. A server of the sender service presents a call sever with a call request containing digital data which enable the call server to forward a call to the telephone of the called party from a calling number to be displayed on the telephone. The all contains an extended voice message, which consists of a voice message generated by the call server based on part of the data contained in the call request and intended for transmission during the call and additional non-voice information contained in the call request and used by the call server for assignment to the calling number.
EFFECT: easy and cheap transmission of any information to a called party through a voice message which is extended by additional information contained in the calling number itself, which the user sees on the telephone display.
