FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to control handle for medical devices, in particular, to control handle with mechanisms for control over tension of multiple wires. Control handle for medical device comprising swinging part, at least first element, controlled by user, at least one deflecting tension wire, passing between control handle and deflecting part, and at least tension wire of first element, passing between control handle and first element in order to control first element, control handle therein comprises housing and deviation unit. Deviation unit comprises deviation drive, implemented rotatable by user, roller lever, and drive disk. Roller lever comprises main body and radial support element between main body and the housing. Roller lever is made turnable about rotational axis in response to rotation of deviation drive. At least one deflecting tension wire is connected to roller lever. Rotation of roller lever actuates at least one deflecting tension wire. Drive disk is made rotatable by user about rotational axis. Wire tension of the first element is connected to drive disc, and rotation drive disc actuates wire tension of the first element. Drive disc is fitted on radial support element and has possibility of winding tension wire of first element for radial support element during rotation of drive disc by user; at that, rotation of drive disc and rotation of roller lever are independent from each other.
EFFECT: invention can provide control of several tension wires by means of mechanisms, occupying minimum space inside control handle and showing easily adjustable design to existing control handles.
