FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for invasive treatment, particularly to catheters, in particular to irrigated ablation catheters. In compliance with first version catheter comprises elongated body; distal electrode assembly, including electrode with casing and microelement; and control handle. Case is made with inner chamber and has wall forming proximal and distal parts. Wall of distal part has at least one hole. Microelement passes through inner chamber between proximal and distal parts. Microelement has distal end arranged in said at least one hole. Distal end is at least equal in length with outer surface of wall and includes open part outside case wall. Open part passes at angle, having distal component and radial component to longitudinal axis of electrode. Microelement includes tube with gap and at least one wire passing through opening. In compliance with second version catheter comprises distal electrode assembly, including electrode with case, and total set of microelements. Case is made with inner chamber and has wall forming proximal part and distal part with multiple holes. Total set of microelements passes through inner chamber between proximal and distal parts. Each microelement has distal end arranged in corresponding hole. Distal end has open part outside case. Open part passes at angle to longitudinal axis of electrode. Angle has at least distal component. Each microelement includes tube with gap and at least one wire passing through opening.
EFFECT: inventions have direct contact with tissues, which provides more accurate perception of tissue including thermal and electrical properties, for measurement of temperature and electrical resistance.
