SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a heat-treatment-device (4) for protein containing products, which are transported by a transportation means through transportation means (5) and past at least one microwave radiometer antenna (1), wherein microwave radiometer antenna (1) is located within a shielding means (6) which extends at least partially around cross section of transportation means (5) and isolates at least partially microwave radiometer antenna (1) from external sources of electromagnetic radiation.
EFFECT: invention increases accuracy of reading temperature and accuracy of controlling heating conditions in heat treatment device.
