FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: system for application of coating consisting of at least two paint layers on reservoirs of polymer materials has loading/unloading working place for loading reservoirs on transporting chain and for unloading reservoirs from said transporting chain as soon as process of said reservoirs coating is completed. The said transporting chain is adapted for transfer along closed route in the said system for passing through it. The said system has at least one working place for application of paint adapted for application of at least one paint layer onto said reservoirs. Further, the system has the first furnace for drying-reticulation for the first paint layer applied on reservoirs at transfer of the transporting chain in a corresponding working place of paint application. The said first furnace has one or more tunnels restricting lengthwise axis divided in cross section to at least four sectors relative to said axis and including facilities for propagation (emission) of heat radiation. The facilities are arranged at least in one of the said sectors. The system also has the first orifice in a wall of the tunnel for inlet of air flow into the tunnel, devices for forced ventilation positioned between lower and upper sectors and adapted for creation of secondary partial flows and for deviation of each inside the corresponding sector. In the system there is the second furnace for drying-reticulation for the first paint layer applied on reservoirs at transfer of the transporting chain in a corresponding working place of paint application. The said second furnace has one or more tunnels restricting lengthwise axis. In cross section the tunnel is divided to at least four sectors relative to said axis and includes facilities for propagation (emission) of heat radiation arranged at least in one on the said sectors. The said first furnace and the second furnace correspondingly have the first section of propagation of heat radiation and the first section of air conditioning for drying/spread of paint on reservoirs, the second section of air conditioning, and the second section of heat radiation propagation for completion of paint polymerisation. The procedure for application of coating on reservoirs of polymer materials by means of the system consists in loading reservoirs at loading/unloading working place on the transporting chain adapted for transfer along closed route in the said system, in application the first paint layer on reservoirs at the corresponding working place of paint coating application, in drying-reticulation of the said first paint layer in the first furnace of drying-reticulation, in application the second paint layer on reservoirs at the corresponding working place of paint coating application, in drying-reticulation of the said second paint layer in the second furnace of drying-reticulation, and in unloading reservoirs from the said transporting chain. In each first and second furnace a drying stage consists in correspondingly propagation of first heat radiation and first air conditioning for paint drying/spread on reservoirs, while the stage of reticulation consists correspondingly in second air conditioning and propagation of second heat radiation for finishing polymerisation of paint coating.
EFFECT: facilitation of reticulation with successive improvement of quality of general operational characteristics of paint coating and reduced energy output.
