FIELD: glass recycling.

SUBSTANCE: device and method for recycling multilayer automotive and structural triplex glass used in glass factories and enterprises for processing recycled glass waste. During the recycling process, automotive and structural triplex glass, with the help of movable and stationary ribbed shafts that carry out preliminary destruction of the glass, as well as spring-loaded roller shafts that stabilize the speed of glass movement, is fed into the glass crushing zone with the beaters of a rotary crusher. After crushing, the crushed glass is separated from the film using a screw separator with a perforated bottom. Before crushing, the thickness of the glass is measured using an optical sensor installed at the exit of the gap between the ribbed shafts at a distance equal to 1.4-1.5 times the radius of the movable ribbed shaft from the gap. When recycling automotive triplex glass with a thickness of 5.2-6.2 mm, its feed speed into the crushing zone is set to 150-180 mm/s, and the rotor speed of the impact crusher is 550-600 rpm. If flat triplex building glass with a thickness of 10-15 mm is being recycled, then its preliminary destruction is not carried out, and the feed speed to the crushing zone is reduced to 80-120 mm/s, while simultaneously increasing the rotation speed of the rotary crusher to 1000-1500 rpm. To prevent the beaters of the impact crusher from capturing the remaining uncrushed strip of glass 12 cm wide at the final stage of crushing, they are fixed using an optical sensor installed in front of the spring-loaded roller shafts at a distance equal to 1.1-1.2 radii of the upper spring-loaded roller shaft from the gap between these shafts, position of the trailing edge of the glass strip. Next, the strip of glass is precisely stopped and, in the reverse operation mode of the electric drive of the spring-loaded roller shafts, it is rolled out onto the receiving table. Then rotate this strip of glass by 90° and the narrow side is directed into the gap between the spring-loaded roller shafts, the electric drive of which is switched on in the mode of supplying glass to the crushing zone.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of crushing and separating glass from polyvinyl butyral film.
