FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: transport-processing line of return cullet in production of glass packaging with glass mass colouring in a feeder channel comprises an intermediate conveyor of colourless cullet at the "cold end" and a granulator of colourless hot glass mass, the outputs of which are connected to the first and second inputs of the assembly conveyor of colourless cullet, the first cullet distributor, a vibrating discharge hopper for colourless cullet, a colourless cullet crusher, a bucket elevator. From the first output of the bucket elevator the colourless crushed cullet enters the storage hopper of the return cullet, equipped with a batch blending weigher of colourless cullet, unloading the dosed material to the first input of the transport line of the burden. From the second output of the second distributor, the surplus of colourless cullet with the help of the discharge conveyor is sent to the temporary storage of colourless cullet. The line contains a granulator of coloured hot glass mass. Its output is connected to the first input of the assembly conveyor of the coloured cullet transporting the coloured cullet to the storage funnel of the coloured cullet, the vibrating discharge hopper of the coloured cullet installed at the output of the storage funnel of the coloured cullet, a coloured cullet crusher connected with its input to the output of the vibrating discharge hopper of the coloured cullet. The bucket elevator of the coloured cullet is connected with its input to the ouput of the coloured cullet crusher. The rotary vibrating hopper is connected with its input to the output of the bucket elevator of the coloured cullet, and the output has five positioning points connected the four loading inputs of four-section intermediate storage hoppers of the coloured cullet and the branch pipe for supplying the surplus of coloured cullet to the temporary storage of the coloured cullet. A four-component batch blending weigher of the coloured cullet, which four inputs are connected to the four outputs of a four-section intermediate storage hopper of the coloured cullet, and the output is connected to the second input by the transport line of the burden. The rotary tray for the discharge of coloured hot glass mass from the "hot end", which output, depending on the colour of the produced glass packaging on the line secton with the colouring of the glass mass in the feeder channel is connected either to the granulator input of the coloured hot glass mass, or to the first granulator input of the colourless hot glass mass, the second, third and fourth inputs of which are fed with the hot colourless glass from the "hot" end of the sections without colouring the colourless glass mass. The first output of the first cullet distributor is connected to the first input of the intermediate conveyor of colourless cullet, the second, third and fourth inputs of which are fed with colourless cullet from the "cold" end of the sections without colouring of colourless glass mass in the feeder channel. The second output of the first cullet distributor is connected to the second input of the assembly conveyor of the coloured cullet.
