FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices and methods of spraying coolant over processed article. Device comprises a coolant feed line, at least one feeding nozzle for supply of coolant, and screening means surrounding at least a portion of feed nozzle. Screening means to form a closed space together with the processed article. Screening devices include outlet means to discharge gas from said space and extra means to maintain the temperature of the external part of screening means above the dew point.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying cooling substance.
