FIELD: recovery of plastics or other constituents of waste material containing plastics, particularly waste and used rubber recycling equipment.

SUBSTANCE: plant for caoutchouc waste and used rubber article recycling by repeated low-temperature milling thereof comprises milling system for previous rubber material milling, deep freezing system for multistage low-temperature freezing of rubber material to be milled. The freezing system comprises tunnel-type pre-freezing device with gaseous agent supply means and tunnel-type main freezing device, as well as separation means, which separate foreign material from rubber and assorts rubber. The plant also has multistage pre-milling system and multistage milling system arranged downstream of deep freezing system and used for frozen rubber material treatment. Multistage deep freezing system is provided with temperature equalizing device. Tunnel-type pre-freezing device is adapted to receive exhaust cold gaseous coolant. Main tunnel-type freezing device may spray low-temperature liquid coolant on pre-milled rubber. Plant is provided with additional multistage freezing system adapted to freeze cleaned and milled rubber pre-cooled to low temperature up to brittle temperature and with fine milling means and additional assorting and separation means arranged downstream of additional multistage freezing system. The fine assorting and separation means sort and separate fine rubber powder obtained in fine milling means. The second embodiment is also disclosed.

EFFECT: provision of full waste and used rubber recirculation.
