FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to orthopaedic dentistry, and is intended for fixation of denture with help of lock fixation. Denture attachment consists of artificial crown basis and mechanical device consisting of patrix and matrix, made in form of first hinged device located in medial direction, and second hinged device located in distal direction, which consists of patrix, matrix and cylindrical rod with diameter of 1.5-3 mm and length of 1-4 cm, with possibility of connection of first hinged device with second hinged device. At that, first hinged device one end of medial, outer part of matrix is fixed to artificial dental crown, and internal part of patrix is connected with cylindrical shap rode, and at second distal end of cylindrical rod second hinged device is fixed, which matrix is base of prosthesis. At that, in base body is preliminary made channel, which diameter and length are for 1-2 mm larger than diameter and length of cylindrical shape rod, with possibility to accommodate cylindrical rod with help of bushing.

EFFECT: method, due to creation of lock fixation between detachable and removable part prostheses, which does not have rigid connection, allows excluding pressure and injuries in area of seat, improving blood circulation, reducing atrophy of bone tissue and mucous membrane of whole jaw during dental opening.
