SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to orthopedic dentistry, and can be used in manufacturing of detachable prostheses on toothless lower and upper jaws. Detachable prosthesis on toothless lower and upper jaws with mounting seat for alveolar crest and hard palate contains artificial teeth with one-layer basis or two-layer basis, which consists of hard layer and amortisation soft layer, installed in oral cavity onto alveolar crest. Amortisation layer is made protruding on entire contour of two-layer basis with possibility of formation or without formation of valve on entire contour of two-layer basis, valve gate in area of frontal teeth from the side of oral cavity, from 0.1 to 3.0 mm thick and from 1.0 to 6.0 mm wide. By covering prosthesis model with compensational layer of vanish from 0.3 to 4.0 mm in prosthesis basis additionally made is mounting seat with possibility of mucosa yielding in area of transitional fold and yielding of mucosa of prosthetic bed.

EFFECT: table fixation of detachable prosthesis on toothless lower and upper jaws, increased chewing efficiency and possibility of prosthesis displacement following displacement of actively movable mucosa in area of transitional fold.
