FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to fodder production and can be used to product salt pellets. Method for production of fodder briquettes and a line for their production. Method of production includes fodder salt grinding with further sifting, after which the trailing fraction is returned for regrinding and the passing fraction with fineness is supplied to be dried with air; after that for each batch a preliminary mixture is prepared, then the produced preliminary mixture is mixed with molasses heated to the temperature of 60 to 65 °C as well as with copper sulphate, zinc sulphate, cobalt carbonate, manganese sulphate, calcium oxide, sodium bicarbonate and energene, then the components are mixed in the reactor. Ready mixture is cooled down to 60-62 °C and delivered for moulding; obtained briquettes are cooled with cold air to the temperature of 2-4 °C. Line for briquettes production includes: areas of basic dosing-mixing of components and forming briquettes, the area of mineral components pre-mixture preparation, the area of molasses preparation to dosing and a two-stage refrigerating machine operating in heat pump mode. Herewith the fodder salt preparation area includes a grinder, a sifter, an operative tank, a drier and a cyclone filter for cleaning the final drying agent from fine particles with their further removal to the on-the-doser tank of the main dosing-mixing area, mineral components pre-mixture preparation area, the area of molasses preparation to dosing with molasses heater equipped with a heat exchange jacket and a mixer, a filter and a dosing pump; the area of the main dosing-mixing and forming briquettes.

EFFECT: inventions allows to enhance the ready product quality and reduce the specific energy consumption for manufacturing.
