SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to computer tomography with contrast enhancement. Image forming method includes steps of controlled subject's motion cycle, positioning of tissue under examination with regard to cycle movement cycle; at that studied tissue moves in coordination with cycle motion, positioned subject in the zone for investigating so that the entire volume of the examined tissue remains in the area for analysis during scanning, the positioning includes scanning with low-dose or preliminary scanning, which locates the position of the entire investigated volume per cycle motion , to create an image of subject's tissue. Imaging system includes a radiation source which rotates around the examination zone around axis z and emits radiation passing through the zone of research, matrix of detectors, located across the zone of research, support for positioning the patient in the area of analysis with regard to motion cycle.
EFFECT: matrix of detectors includes multiple rows of detectors along z axis, thus providing coverage area along z axis so that the entire volume of tissue in motion is scanned during one revolution of the source, the scanning is performed in rotation and covers the complete cycle of tissue movement, wherein a reconstructor reconstructs 4D data set of contrast enhancement based on scanning.
