FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly therapeutic exercises for rehabilitation of patients after coronary artery bypass grafting. Patient performs physical and respiratory exercises and undergoes massage of bioactive spots (BAS) with responsive connection to circulation system and massage of segmented areas controlling locomotive and respiratory functions beginning from the first hours after CABG in sequence of five locomotive regimens: 1st resuscitation regimen, 2nd bed rest regimen, 3rd semi-bed rest regimen, 4th ambulant regimen, 5th adaptation regimen. Locomotive regimens differ in exercise constitution and duration. Respiratory exercises are performed with spirometrical simulator for 1-2 minutes every hour. Exercises are performed under surveillance of physical therapist. Additionally ideomotor training is applied.
EFFECT: efficient rehabilitation of functional state of coronary heart disease cases after in optimally short time beginning from the first hours after CABG operation.
