FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, experimental surgery. Retzius cavity is punctureed through obturator membrane. Bulking agent is injected in the angle formed by the branches of pubic bone with a needle preliminary bent to 40-45°, thickness 17-19 G. Following the back surface of pubic symphysis, 0.2-0.5 ml of substance is injected under palpatory and/or ultrasound control.
EFFECT: method enables low-traumatic way enter the required number of volume-forming substance in Retzius cavity of the lesser pelvis in laboratory animal.
