FIELD: mechanisms.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fastening products, excluding spontaneous unscrewing nut, and can be applied to mechanisms, subjected to vibration and impact loads, and thermal action. Invention is intended for use in power and power machines, and installations of aircraft. Stopped threaded connection, which includes bolt with threaded rod and nut. Nut has layer of composite material at end surface, comprising polymer binder, resistant to prolonged temperature exposure up to 600 °C, and filler of high-hardness, dispersed particles with equivalent diameter 0.08-0.10 mm. Content of filler in composite makes 50 to 60 wt.%.
EFFECT: technical effect: improved reliability of locking of threaded connections under vibration and impact loads, as well as exposed to high temperatures, due to increased contact area in threaded joint between nut and screw part, and also reduction of total weight of fasteners in power and energy machines, and aircraft installations.
