SUBSTANCE: invention relates to system and method of performing international currency transfers. Sending entity initiates an international currency transfer by means of transmitting a request to state authentication system which, after authentication, directs said entity to host bank, which generates and sends a debit transaction message to issuing bank, debit transaction verification is received and a transaction message is sent to issuing bank of receiving entity.
EFFECT: higher safety and efficiency when performing operations.
