SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for treating patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) on background of metabolic syndrome (MS). On background of integrated therapy, 11-day infusion therapy course with remaxol. When patient maintains hyperenzymemia, further conducting a therapeutic course for treatment with cytoflavin at 1 tablet 3 times a day for at least 10 days in a month for at least 6 months, while conducting 1 to 3 such courses. If patient maintains hyperenzymemia, an 11-day course of infusion therapy with remaxol is repeated 1 time in 6 months, followed by administering cytoflavin as described above until normalisation of hepatospecific enzymes and regression of hypertriglyceridemia.

EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness, faster regression of hyperenzymemia and hypertriglyceridemia.
