FIELD: pipes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pipeline equipment, specifically to pipes with concrete coating. Proposed pipe consists of conducting pipe 1 with multilayer concrete coating. First layer 4 of concrete coating with density of 2,900 kg/cm3 to 3,400 kg/m3 is arranged in annular space between pipe 1 and first sacrificial formwork 6. Second layer 8 of concrete coating of density from 1,900 kg/cm3 to 2,600 kg/m3 and higher compression strength is arranged in annular space between first sacrificial formwork 6 and second sacrificial formwork 10. When making pipe concrete mixture is forced into space between pipe 1 and installed thereon first formwork 6. After holding first layer 4, second formwork 10 is installed and second concrete mixture is forced into space between formworks. Another method of making pipe includes first installing first formwork 6 and second formwork 10. Preparation of concrete mixture of first layer and second layer of concrete is carried out simultaneously and separately. Obtained concrete mixtures are pumped into corresponding annular spaces by concrete pumps.
EFFECT: technical effect is improved protection of pipes against external mechanical and impact actions.
