FIELD: pipeline construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and repair of pipelines, namely to the connecting parts of pipelines with an applied external weighting concrete coating, with monitoring systems designed for the construction, repair and reconstruction of underwater pipeline crossings, crossings through swamps, laying on flooded areas and offshore sections of pipelines, as well as for underground, surface or aboveground laying of pipelines in seasonally frozen and low-bearing soils. The connecting part of the pipeline with an external weighting concrete coating consists of a branch made of steel pipe with an insulating coating or with an external thermal insulation coating in a polymer or metal polymer shell, and an external concrete coating. The outer concrete coating consists of a concrete mixture with a density from 1900 kg/m³ to 3400 kg/m³.

EFFECT: specified coating is applied by pouring into a removable formwork, which is a monolithic reinforced concrete structure reinforced with a frame of steel elements with plastic clamps installed between the insulation coating of the outlet or polymer/metal polymer shell of the thermal insulation coating of the outlet and the reinforcement frame.
