SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation of school-aged children with postural disorders or scoliosis of 1 degree. Therapeutic exercises and massages are performed; additionally, a course of sanative-curative swimming is conducted with increasing distance, which starts with 25 m at the first session and increases by 25 m at each following session to total a course of 1,950 m over 12 days. Initially sessions are conducted every other day. Final three sessions occur daily. Simultaneously a course of sessions is conducted on V. G. Paschenko's rowing machine, starting from 100 strokes at the first session and culminating in 280 strokes at the session at the end of the course, with a corresponding load increase from 400 kg/m at the first session to 1,680 kg/m at the end of the course. Course lasts 21 days with a total load of 20,880 kg/m over 3,720 strokes. Room in which the dosed rowing is conducted is saturated with negative ions at a concentration of 500-5,000 ions per 1 cm³ with a relative humidity of 30-40 %.

EFFECT: method improves the child's health and physically rehabilitates the child's body while increasing cardiopulmonary system function, improving posture and preventing spinal curvature.
